Congratulations to Xerxes Budomo, Chester-Joplin-Inverness Schools, for being selected as our HCE Teacher Appreciation Program Winner! In celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week, we are proud to recognize an outstanding educator serving a Class B or smaller school district in HCE’s service area with a $1,500 award (renewable one-time), with funds that may be matched by one of HCE’s partner companies.
Xerxes serves as the district’s Special Education Director, teacher, and case manager, supporting students across grade levels with a wide range of learning needs. He said, “I made a deliberate decision to build my professional life in rural Montana because I believe rural communities deserve highly qualified and committed educators.” His dedication to expanding services and pursuing additional certification reflects a deep commitment to strengthening support for students in rural schools.
